Jam-filled Croissants
Ingredients:
  • 1 Roll refrigerated croissant dough
  • Your favorite jam            (1 Tbsp per croissant)
    • Options from Detroit Jam Co. shown here: Monkey Butter, Blackberry Basil Mint, Apple Pie

Jam-berry Yogurt
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Non-fat, plain Greek yogurt
  • Your favorite jam
    • 1 Tbsp of Detroit Jam Co.'s Blackberry Basil Mint Jam used here
  • Complimentary fresh/ frozen fruit
    • 6 blackberries used here
Directions:
  1. Heat oven per directions on croissant roll package.
  2. Coat baking sheet with pan-release spray.
  3. Remove croissants from package, pulling apart the individual rolls (triangles).
  4. Spoon ~1 Tbsp jam onto each croissant, keeping most of the jam near the wider edge.
  5. Roll from long edge toward point of triangle and arrange on baking sheet.
  6. Bake per directions on crescent roll package.
Directions:
  1. Top yogurt with ~1 Tbsp of jam.
  2. Add complimentary fruit.
  3. Additional sweeteners optional - A ratio of 1/3 packet of Splenda to 1 cup yogurt works well, when other jams and fruits are being used.
