Since moving to Indy in 2012 Amanda's responsibilities as a foodservice dietitian for Ball State University Dining and IPS FoodService allowed her to experience and lead projects surrounding menu design, product testing, rebranding of food concepts, marketing, social media, nutrition education, and more.
In the summer of 2018, she decided to pursue a MS in Communication, specializing in Integrated Communication and Advertising. Amanda accepted a position with Heartland Food Products Group in October of 2018 and is currently the Commercialization Manager for Java HouseⓇ, while supporting the SplendaⓇ brand on various projects.
Amanda is an active member of several local and professional organizations, including The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and the Michigan State Alumni Association of Greater Indianapolis, Inc.
