Spiced Tortilla Chips

Ingredients:
  • (10) 6" WG flour or corn tortillas
  • ~ 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp Chipotle chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp Ground oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • Ground black pepper (desired amount)
  • Salt (desired amount)
Directions:
  1. Heat oven to 425*F.
  2. Cut 6" flour (or corn) tortillas into 1/4s.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, chipotle chili powder, ground oregano, cumin, and pepper/ salt. Amounts listed in ingredients are only suggestions.
  4. Distribute spices with hands; bake until edges start to brown.
  5. Bake for 5-10 minutes, but be sure to keep an eye on the chips.
  6. The chips should be slightly soft in center when removing from over as they'll crisp as they cool.
