Creamy Slowcooker Chicken & Veggies

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2lbs Frozen chicken breast
  • 1 Can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 Tbsp Country crock margarine
  • 1 1/2c Low-sodium vegetable broth
  • 8oz Can sliced mushrooms
  • 1Tbsp Chopped garlic
  • 2tsp Italian seasoning
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 Cans cut green beans
Directions:
  1. Combine all ingredients except for canned green beans in slowcooker.
  2. Set slowcooker to low and simmer for 8 hours.
  3. Once chicken is tender and cooked thoroughly, pull apart with a fork.
  4. Add canned green beans and stir to combine. All to simmer for ~10 minutes or until green beans are heated. If there is a lot of excess liquid, uncover slowcooker and turn on high for 10-20 minutes.
